Pros

Steady paycheck Close to home Predictable overtime Room for advancement, parallel moves within company Monthly bonuses Nice break rooms and lunchrooms

Cons

Micromanaged to the point of causing undue anxiety and stress. Bonuses almost impossible to get, and your team leads bonus reflects if you got a bonus or not. You are just a number, and they fire for anything, especially quality. I was fired and the state determined that I was unfairly fired and I'm getting benefits.
