      Pros

      My Schedule Monthly Bonus The work is easy and very repetitive Training is awesome. They really give you all the tools you need to be a great agent.

      Cons

      At first it was fun to work here and they cared about us. Now they've grown so big that they don't care about there employees and it close to impossible to make bonus due to new rules. And the bonus is what made this job worth it. Almost everyone that sits around be is looking for another job because the atmosphere is so negative now.
