      ZERO! there is no excuse for a follow-up! This angers me more than not even receiving a reply.

      Cons

      I was sent an e-mail for an interview . . I responded with a "thank you" and to use my home telephone. Two hours of waiting - no phone call, not even an e-mail with an excuse.
