Pros

None really, they want you to work hourly for an imaginary bonus that you probably wont get at the end of the month.

Cons

They design their CDC policy around strictly taking your bonus away at every angle possible. We work for the dealership but the lazy sales people we support and drive business for get to keep all their money? You can literally be at your desk and if you forgot to log into Shoretel....Baaammmmm. 1 full strike out of 3 for the entire month. Makes no sense at all to punish someone who was clocked in via payroll but a min behind logging into a software program? You have been warned no matter how nice the building is someone in the corporate location or this location is plotting for ways to screw you over.
