Pros

Some of your coworkers can be very friendly and inviting.

Cons

Management is very deceitful and petty; they will leave you out to dry. This job is a basic call center, however they are pushing to make it more "professional" without taking the necessary steps towards professionalism. Benefits are not in affect until after a year of service, however during the orientation it was disclosed at 90 days. I left after 6 month (180 days) without any benefits. The "bonuses" you can earn are EXTREMELY difficult to achieve, even for me a top performer. In all, if you are fresh out of high school or just turned 18, then go ahead and work here, however if you have ANY sort of work experience, then stay clear of Group 1 Automotive.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and for five-plus years with us. It means a lot to hear that the benefits, the people, and the flexibility have made this a place worth recommending. Teamwork is at the heart of how we work, and comments like yours reflect the kind of culture we're proud to build together. We hear you on workload and staffing, and we take that feedback seriously as we keep growing. Thank you again for being part of the team.
