Business Outlook
Pros
Great atmosphere, some superb senior management, good pay for the retail industry if you are productive. Good training from OEMs, support staff have good intentions. Excellent opportunities to progress from junior to mid management and I believe they truly are diverse employers with good intentions.
Cons
No opportunity to progress to senior management, the incumbent teams within "brands", have on the whole, been promoted beyond their own capability. The only access to progression comes at "group" level through, in fairness, good training initiatives. The opportunities once completed however, will not appear at that level as the permafrost layer becomes fearful of above and below.
