Pros
Good work culture across the company, decent salary and have company car schemes, lots of opportunities to transfer to different branches within group 1, amazing site manager, yardsmen are great, drivers are lovely and gate man is very welcoming!
Cons
The admin office has a negative atmosphere which is where the front desk role is located unfortunately, the job role itself is fine but they have a track history of slowly pushing young girls out of the work place and gossiping about them. Although some days can be perfectly fine, other days you truly realise that the office lacks class and you find yourself becoming a product of your own environment. Bad energy can be contagious.
