      Good benefits, Other sales exes are friendly and helpful. Good amount of leads to keep you busy

      Cons

      Used car sales manager suffers from short man syndrome and takes it out on people. sales mangers can make or brake you. if they dont like you they wont help on deals. wont help of discounts or on finance props. leaving you out to dry. while you talk to higher up management about this. nothing will be done as they have been there "years" so it must be you who is the issue.
