      Pros

      Nothing as such in the last 1 year with frequent layoffs and continuous tracking.

      Cons

      There is no growth with senior management always going for a shuffle, regular layoff info is in public domain. Employees being asked to write 5* reviews by hr, don’t fall for that. There is no scope of improvement and people working here are waiting for better opportunities to switch

      Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well
