Pros
Excellent individual department co workers. Flexibility (family emergency, etc). Rewarding work. On surface company seems to care and have good values.
Cons
Executive leadership does not care about their mission vision values anymore. They just want to push as much product as possible. Double standards for women. Very male dominant company. VP is a hot head who gets involved with everything and has no sense of how his employees feel. Low pay for hard working, high positioned employees while VP makes their annual salary in a month (all while making the work load harder for his own gains)
