When this company was at 200 employees they actually lived by their core values. I worked a long some of the best people! Shout out to Ms. sherri she is the best! The people really cared about you and you felt like part of a family.
Cons
As soon as they let go of the Parks family who did all of our in house MVV training everything went down hill. There were a lot of promises made but never kept. My lead specifically was promised a role because he was buddies with his lead. Had nothing to do with him knowing how to do the job. I had to hold his hand teach him how to do my job while doing my job. I got let go because i brought this to attention. They preach healthy conflict until you actually have the healthy conflict. I was not offered a Pip or a reason why I was let go. No chance to fix the issue. I was given hush money and sent on my way. I have been quiet too long.
