-Great Colleagues -Work/ Life balance I experienced a great team with great leadership Has a "care team" which helps out team members who might come across a financial strain such as car issues, housing issues, or helping maintain mental wellbeing during a time of grievance. Either you are a good match for the company, or you aren't. Easy to tell within the first few months
Cons
- the worst 401k program at any company I've been with - Health insurance plan sucks It was obvious that other teams did not function as smoothly as the team I was on. Large miscommunications between teams seemed frequent. Physically demanding
