Pros

Easy interview process! Tre was a delight to interview with & work with! Easy to build community profile! Great directions for completing QHCP profile! They do the work involved in getting paneled! Great support every single step of the way! Easy to build provider profile! Great onboarding support! Regularly scheduled onboarding video meeting support! You can sign up for small group onboarding training zoom meeting that’s very helpful! Thanks Monty! If that isn’t enough, Monty sends you an email with even more resources! Scheduling: Easy! Documentation: Super easy! Billing: Again- Easy! Easiest I’ve had in over 15 years experience providing therapy & case management services! Psychology Today & ZocDoc ads provided by Grow! Seriously, best decision you can make to help build a remote therapeutic practice! Grow Therapy does all the annoying stuff for far less than any other place I’ve ever experienced! Also, there’s a fun community to offset the isolation of independent practice & ability to get clinical support.

Cons

None that I know of, as of yet.

Pros

Grow Therapy has been a solid fit for me as a licensed therapist looking for flexibility without having to build everything from scratch. Scheduling is entirely in your hands, making it easy to balance with other work or life commitments. Access to free CEUs is a real perk I didn't fully appreciate until I started using it. As someone who has to maintain licensure hours, having that built in saves both money and the hassle of hunting down training on my own. That said, it's still a platform model, so if you go in expecting a traditional employer experience, you'll need to adjust your expectations. You're running your own caseload, which is great if that's what you want, and less ideal if you need a lot of structure or support. Overall, I'd recommend it to clinicians who are self-directed, want to ease into or expand a private practice, and value autonomy over hand-holding.

Cons

Referrals can be slow at times. Reimbursement rates can vary greatly depending on insurance.
