Pros

Grow therapy is supporting me as I transition into private practice. They help with credentialing, advertising and billing. Grow allows you to set your own schedule and allows me to maintain another job while I begin to grow my practice. There is a professional community available for consultation and clinician support. The pay is very fair with Grow taking a very small percentage of the income you generate in your practice to cover the amazing services and support available through Grow.

Cons

There are no health care benefits.

Pros

The people, the overall company impact, and the people again. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because of the early experience I had here.

Cons

Grow Pre- mid 2025 was a phenomenal place to be. The people, the mission, the opportunity felt endless. Post that timeframe, I witnessed this culture first company shift into a corporate robot. The remote culture went from welcoming to depressing. The new hires went from culture fits, to corporate heads that turn everything into numbers. Grow truly had the making of everything you would want, but now they are aiming for a payout. Slack channels removed across the org, departments being forced out due to "goal" changes, and no room for growth if you aren't in a leadership seat. If you want to feel the values they talk about, you won't get them here. If you are remote, you won't feel included. If you are in-office, you better scan your card to go to the bathroom or you will get a call.
