Pros

The culture is amazing, very casual while still maintaining a high standards. It's more like family and friends working towards a difficult goal that you actually feel apart of rather than your typical office environment of not really feeling connected to company goals. The culture inspires you to want to do great! Opportunities are nearly endless, one of the companies unofficial motto's is "If you want a job, go get it." Hard work is expected but it doesn't feel like hard work in the traditional sense.

Cons

Leadership is not without it's faults, most are young leaders with good intentions and some, but not a lot of experience leading people. (Not necessarily a con, we're VERY fast moving and a lot of people are given opportunities to lead when they wouldn't have the chance at another company for at least 5 years) At times it feels almost too much like the military, the "Hey you, come here. You're doing this now..." that Veterans are familiar with pops up now and then. Lots of meetings that sometimes feel redundant. Communication isn't always the best, sometimes the information flow gets clogged up and people don't know what they are supposed to.

Pros

Culture and collaboration are top-notch. You want a workplace that you are excited to go to, that's Gruntstyle. The CEO associates with everyone. It is a modern workplace. You are allowed to move around and do perform your duty. There's no discrimination. I truly loved it there.

Cons

They need to pay more.

Pros

Good enough company to work for even through they are going under. Some of the people you work with are nice and willing to work with you to improve.

Cons

If you work in the retail space at the HQ store don’t expect to learn anything. If you try to learn anything or ask questions you will be met with ugly looks from the managers and DM. Or be told that it’s not your job and then they will turn it around and say your not doing enough.etc
