Pros
The company is not for everybody as it has a very relaxed corporate environment that feels like it's run like the military. There is a lot of room to advance both laterally through different departments as well as advance upwards through promotion. Pay seems to be at the industry standard or right below it. However, the company has really only taken off and had multiple employees since 2013 and this is to be expected with a new company. Because it is such a new company, there is a lot of room for employees to gain experience completing work projects. I've done more projects in two months at this company than I did in two years at my last company. Benefits are available for those who need them and the perks are great. A lot of businesses partner with the company to provide them discounts on their services as well. The CEO generally cares about everyone and helped out tremendously with hurricane relief.
Cons
It's a growing company and it has its issues. The company doesn't lack direction, but it changes direction very quickly.
