Too many veterans talking about/trying to relive their old glory days, just move on already this is a job not a boys club.

As we continue to grow as a company we will continue to hire personnel as needed and hope to bring in the best quality candidates. Employees are now given periodic performance appraisals during the probationary period at 30 and 60 days to help assess their performance.

Pros

Culture and collaboration are top-notch. You want a workplace that you are excited to go to, that's Gruntstyle. The CEO associates with everyone. It is a modern workplace. You are allowed to move around and do perform your duty. There's no discrimination. I truly loved it there.

They need to pay more.

Good enough company to work for even through they are going under. Some of the people you work with are nice and willing to work with you to improve.

Cons

If you work in the retail space at the HQ store don’t expect to learn anything. If you try to learn anything or ask questions you will be met with ugly looks from the managers and DM. Or be told that it’s not your job and then they will turn it around and say your not doing enough.etc
