Pros
good people, and a great place to work if you arent one of the demi-humans in production/shipping
Cons
the office is the good life, and if you arent in the fish tank front, you arent treated as human. smoke breaks are banned in production and shipping, although everyone watches office employees walk past multiple times a day for it. or have fun watching office employees get paid more to have nerf gun fights all day. and if you start in production especially, good luck going anywhere. the shift leaders try their best to stonewall promotions, and it seems the only way to get a pay raise is to threaten to quit and hope they like you enough to not let you go immediatly. and if that doesnt deter you, theres the fact that there is no financial gain for drastically increased responsibility. the people catching tshirts at the end of an oven make the same as the people who are responsible for entire projects, and maintenance for thier respective machines. and if you dont like it, theyll fure you and hire a temp to take your place. all in all. the turnaround is crazy high from these reasons. all in all, work in the office or get ready to be treated like crap.
