Pros
This is family, the executives have their flaws but have done more to take care of the employees than people will ever know. Benefits are the best I have ever seen. For people who work hard, don't get mixed in the drama and are smart promotions and money typically follows. For the most part it is a 9am-5pm job. There are days that are long but typically work life balance is respected.
Cons
A lot of negative reviews on here lately. Just a reminder to anyone reading them that the work place is what you make of it. This company is in a state of growth at the rate of 250% - the wheels are feeling like they are going to fall off... but for some of us we thrive on this chaos and craziness. My guess is that the people who wrote the negative reviews are bitter that they were not being promoted because they were unwilling to put in the hard work, adapt and overcome. After all, no one held a gun to anyone's head. We don't have to work here. He come here by choice. I chose to wake up every morning and work at Grunt Style because the good far outweighs the bad.
