      Pros

      fast moving, teaches you how to handle stress, loose office atmosphere. Lots of experience quickly.

      Cons

      Many. First, I have heard the coo on more than one occasion threaten violence against other employees. They say they want individuals but really only want yes/ People. Sets unattainable goals, then yells and threaten firings when not achieved. Steals ideas from others. The overall atmosphere is somewhere between a gulag and frat house.

      Pros

      Culture and collaboration are top-notch. You want a workplace that you are excited to go to, that's Gruntstyle. The CEO associates with everyone. It is a modern workplace. You are allowed to move around and do perform your duty. There's no discrimination. I truly loved it there.

      They need to pay more.

      Pros

      Good enough company to work for even through they are going under. Some of the people you work with are nice and willing to work with you to improve.

      Cons

      If you work in the retail space at the HQ store don’t expect to learn anything. If you try to learn anything or ask questions you will be met with ugly looks from the managers and DM. Or be told that it’s not your job and then they will turn it around and say your not doing enough.etc
