Pros

Well... you get a paycheck

Cons

I won't go into detail about the negatives, because, in my opinion, there are too many to waste time listing. All I will say is that if my sister told me she had an interview with this company, I would recommend she cancels the process, and to find somewhere else to work.

Pros

Culture and collaboration are top-notch. You want a workplace that you are excited to go to, that's Gruntstyle. The CEO associates with everyone. It is a modern workplace. You are allowed to move around and do perform your duty. There's no discrimination. I truly loved it there.

Cons

They need to pay more.

Pros

Good enough company to work for even through they are going under. Some of the people you work with are nice and willing to work with you to improve.

Cons

If you work in the retail space at the HQ store don’t expect to learn anything. If you try to learn anything or ask questions you will be met with ugly looks from the managers and DM. Or be told that it’s not your job and then they will turn it around and say your not doing enough.etc
