Faily easy work. Coworkers are the best people in the company.
Cons
Pretty much everything else. Upper management sucks, even when they are at fault, they are not at fault. Just did a bunch of uncalled for lay offs. Too much office politics. Bunch of washed up old alchoholic vets remembering the glory days of war "trying" to run a business. Feels more like a college frat house than a business. Everyone has very low moral due to management and management fails to see it. If you work here you dont have a life out of it. What benefits? A free t shirt every month, when they remember. You also get a beer on Friday. For all the stress we go thru for this company they should be giving us a case on Friday. There is no sense of the way things need to be ran. Every shift runs things completely different, and everyone has the "correct way". The culture and values are great as a saying. Who actually lives up to it tho? They keep taking all of our pride.
