Pros

Your co-workers become your family!

Cons

Leadership is great, but sometimes they push you to hard and put all the blame on you even when they are the ones that are frustrated. Upper management is the worst. How many HR reps have we gone through? I’m not too sure now. Everyone is overworked and under paid. No time for family, they want you to spend more time there then with your own family. Being forced to work overtime or get points added to your name. PTO is never correct and it seems like we’re always trying to figure it out. Ever since the “new guy” started things have gotten so bad that people have already quit. Oh yeah, this guy use to work for Amazon and that should tell you a lot right there. Even though they say we are making it fair, it’s never fair. We all have families, but if your single and don’t care about your family and would rather work there then be with your family then this is the Gold star job for you. And sometimes not knowing your schedule till the week of which is horrible. 0 start rating. Wish it could go back to how it was before. No wonder why the staffing is low in fulfillment.

Pros

Culture and collaboration are top-notch. You want a workplace that you are excited to go to, that's Gruntstyle. The CEO associates with everyone. It is a modern workplace. You are allowed to move around and do perform your duty. There's no discrimination. I truly loved it there.

Cons

They need to pay more.

Pros

Good enough company to work for even through they are going under. Some of the people you work with are nice and willing to work with you to improve.

Cons

If you work in the retail space at the HQ store don’t expect to learn anything. If you try to learn anything or ask questions you will be met with ugly looks from the managers and DM. Or be told that it’s not your job and then they will turn it around and say your not doing enough.etc
