Pros
From day 1, the atmosphere here was that of when I was in the service. Having that camaraderie and brotherhood is always a good thing for any employee, especially when you're new. After some time on the job/training, I was able to develop myself to become an experienced supply chain leader. Working with others that had the same work ethic and drive was a plus. The company was small and there was room to grow when I first joined the team. As long as you have a positive attitude, your committed to your goals and flexible with your schedule, you can advance. The staff I work with are great, along with all the other departments. Business is good and we have plenty of work to do. At the end of the day, we all work well together to meet our goals to satisfy the customer.
Cons
Like every company out there, they're not all perfect. The company continues to grow and there are some growing pains that come with that. But the leadership here is flexible with their staff and will work with you to ensure you're being taken care of, and treated with respect. The only con I can think of is that manpower is scarce these days due to current events, and our teams are working a little extra to complete our assignments.
