Pros

Grunt Style is growing so quickly that it provides an environment of learning outside of your role. The team works well together and leadership fosters cross functional working relationships to enhance and improve processes in the organization. It is a rare opportunity to be part of something that is fresh and growing and having everyone involved for the same goal.

Cons

No downside as there is always room for improvement but great place to work!

Pros

Culture and collaboration are top-notch. You want a workplace that you are excited to go to, that's Gruntstyle. The CEO associates with everyone. It is a modern workplace. You are allowed to move around and do perform your duty. There's no discrimination. I truly loved it there.

They need to pay more.

Pros

Good enough company to work for even through they are going under. Some of the people you work with are nice and willing to work with you to improve.

Cons

If you work in the retail space at the HQ store don’t expect to learn anything. If you try to learn anything or ask questions you will be met with ugly looks from the managers and DM. Or be told that it’s not your job and then they will turn it around and say your not doing enough.etc
