Pros
Have you ever struggled through a boring day at work wondering if it's 5 yet? I never did working for Grunt Style. Just out of college and a few years removed from the military I found the perfect company to help hone my hard work ethic and desire to grow. The environment is much like a military unit where a command structure is laid out perfectly clear and the opportunities to grow are endless. If you come in ready to listen, learn, and prepare yourself for what ever job you would like they will most likely provide you an opportunity to do what ever you think / and they think you are best at. Cons
So occasionally things will up and vanish from the refrigerator... That is incredibly frustrating. Some workers don't know how to flush after some rough Mexican food during lunch. Occasionally there will be outages of my favorite drinks in the snack machine.
