•Management in stores & in corporate office •Low pay for the amount of workload •Not working with your availability which was stated before being hired Store manager treats employees like their personal assistants (answer their phone WHENEVER they call, no matter what or you'll get written up / less hours) •Days off are not days off, consistently contacted about work related things while not on the clock •NO PERSONAL LIFE, they expect you to be 100% dedicated to working the store when you're hourly but want you watch payroll • Store managers put tremendous workload on you while they are talking on their phone and sitting on their laptop •No breaks during work shift whether it's 5 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, or 10 hours • Only hire for part-time, but get mad that you have a 2nd job or have school because availability isn't working around the schedule that the store manager wants •Opprotunity for growth is very limited
