decent pto, management does not care.

Cons

Management stands around and does nothing, overwork you and demand you work overtime and holidays( if you refuse to work overtime or holidays they will threaten to fire you). If your not a favorite or part of the cool kid club, they will look down on you. benefits get worse and more expensive every year. they would rather fire you then give you a raise. Management strives for cheap labor.

Pros

Culture and collaboration are top-notch. You want a workplace that you are excited to go to, that's Gruntstyle. The CEO associates with everyone. It is a modern workplace. You are allowed to move around and do perform your duty. There's no discrimination. I truly loved it there.

They need to pay more.

Good enough company to work for even through they are going under. Some of the people you work with are nice and willing to work with you to improve.

Cons

If you work in the retail space at the HQ store don’t expect to learn anything. If you try to learn anything or ask questions you will be met with ugly looks from the managers and DM. Or be told that it’s not your job and then they will turn it around and say your not doing enough.etc
