Pros
You get a free t-shirt each month, which is a nice perk if you like the brand's style. There are also opportunities to work from home, depending on your department and manager, which offers some flexibility
Cons
The work environment took a noticeable downturn after the arrival of the new CCO. In my experience, communication became less transparent, the direction more inconsistent, and collaboration across teams decreased significantly. Leadership felt disconnected from the daily realities of the teams they were managing. During my tenure, there were several instances where external partners expressed frustration about delayed payments, which made it harder to maintain strong working relationships. Internally, this created additional stress and left teams scrambling to keep projects on track. The culture felt increasingly toxic, with little support for professional growth and even less for honest feedback. It often seemed like toxic behavior was overlooked, and employee input wasn’t genuinely considered. Despite years of service, I didn’t feel like tenure was recognized or valued.
