Pros

Relaxed attire. Good work/life balance. Manager was always understanding of unplanned family issues that needed to be attended to. Opportunities for advancement were available but minimal.

Cons

Poor benefits that cost a lot out of pocket. Understaffing many departments in order to keep costs down yet workload continued to increase with no additional head count. On-site HR not very knowledgable. Always directed to call corporate HR.

They pay on time each week.

Cons

There are no pay increases. I've been a contractor now for over 2 years, There is also no paid time off or holiday pay, other then 3 sick days a year. So if I want to take a vacation then I don't get paid.
