Pros
Free food and snacks, stocks. Fun work and environment. People here are great and driven. You learn a lot here, but it really depends on which shift you are in. Still, there is a variety of things for you to do and you have a voice to make changes here. Some shifts are better at training then others and therefore you will learn more, but the training also depends on how assertive you are. If you’re eager to learn, then you will learn a lot. Great shift differential although base pay is a bit lower than market.
Cons
401K match isn’t great at 3%. They give more sign on bonus/RSUs to new employees instead of old ones. Some upper management is unprofessional and shows favoritism. There is a feeling that you have to do more beyond your work and have to prove yourself/be visible to others.
