Pros
-The mission of the company is important and most of the reason why people stay.
Cons
-The focus is on the numbers only and not how much time employees need to do the actual work and not everyone is permitted overtime. Many employees work free hours just to keep up. -Unethical behavior from managers and supervisors make employees feel insignificant and small. Favoritism is rampant. -Information is disclosed to employees by managers or supervisors about other employees regularly. -Employee concerns are not taken seriously by management and people are afraid to come forward because any feedback is often turned against the employee. -Management takes feedback personally when it is given and it is evident in their attitudes. -Quality people have left the company and many are considering leaving the company, and management is squarely to blame for that. -There doesn't seem to be any accountability for managers or supervisors. Being in leadership is more than just numbers, it is having the proper people and communication skills. It seems that making sure that leaders posses those qualities is not a consideration when it comes to promotions and hiring.
