Pros
On the oncology side, we have one of the best senior managers I've ever worked under. Long terms plans and goals are consistently shared with the group and there is a lot of communication between teams (if you're willing to reach out). I find the salary to be fair and the benefits pretty good.
Cons
Some worries about the short term financial health of the company, but expect that to resolve in the future given the wealth of high quality products in the pipeline.
