my department seems overworked, including myself. people, specifically higher upper management are not very friendly and don't care about team bonding ( although they say they do on paper). people seem to be afraid of making mistakes and very often there are unrealistic expectations put on employees which add more stress and conflicts with the whole work balance myth this company is promoting.
