      Great co-workers, not so management - Fight Attendant Guardian Flight Employee Review

      Pros

      Coworkers are for the most part, amazing. Blocked schedules. Ample time off (thankfully since PTO accrual is ridiculously low). The PC-12 is the best platform for fixed wing transports.

      Cons

      Upper management is disconnected from reality. Pay hasn't kept up with inflation, for past 7+ years. Regional management talks transparency, but is shrouded by the dark side.

      Pros

      Guardian is growing a strong culture, the people that work there are fantastic.

      Cons

      Alaska is incredibly remote and it can be challenging to travel around the state.

      Pros

      You will be compensated for the work you perform and fairly

      Cons

      They are wildly lacking in growth and opportunity. At the our location we are not even allowed to do our own maintenance documentation while performing work. Very disorganized in daily processes with poor communication. You just show up and find something to work on.
