Pros
You get paid to help people in their time of need, and the pay isn't bad.
Cons
When fully staffed they run things a lot thinner than at non profit medical programs but it usually isn't too bad. Lately they have been having trouble retaining employee's because they have refused to raise wages as competing companies have. As a result the current employees have been getting run a lot harder than they would be normally and are more people are starting to look at leaving. Hopefully it isn't the start of a vicious cycle. When employees sign on they are forced to sign non-compete contracts which previously have been laughed off because we don't do jobs related to proprietary information. However, management is getting desperate to keep people and threatening to take people to court when they leave. How would you like to work at a place where you feel trapped? Take great care before signing up here.
