Cons

More recent adaptations to the processing for the purchasing department has affected maintenance pretty heavily. Hopefully this gets hashed out soon.

They are wildly lacking in growth and opportunity. At the our location we are not even allowed to do our own maintenance documentation while performing work. Very disorganized in daily processes with poor communication. You just show up and find something to work on.
