      Pilots were fantastic to deal with

      Cons

      Clinicians were horrible and god complex like. Would continue to be told there were there to help me succeed and never give me input on how to improve. Back stabbing and lying throughout the base. Management was so disconnected on what was actually taking place at bases. Pay was terrible

      Pros

      Guardian is growing a strong culture, the people that work there are fantastic.

      Cons

      Alaska is incredibly remote and it can be challenging to travel around the state.

      You will be compensated for the work you perform and fairly

      Cons

      They are wildly lacking in growth and opportunity. At the our location we are not even allowed to do our own maintenance documentation while performing work. Very disorganized in daily processes with poor communication. You just show up and find something to work on.
