Pros

Freedom of making your own career decisions. There is truly no cap on your earnings. You can take your career in any direction personal or business clients, complex or simple transactional whatever you decide. Great for self motivated individuals.

Cons

The training programs for new representatives is not coordinated throughout the system. You still must be self motivated. If you are not financially stable or do not have a spouse with an income that allows you the time to develop this is probably not the career for you. Commitment to technology could be better.

Pros

Flexibility, excellent work life balance, casual environment, easy to use PTO. Benefits: health, dental, STD/ACC, vision, 401k are excellent

Cons

Pay is much below the standard for the position, raises and bonuses are minimal and hardly reflect the effort that is required to maintain positive metrics/meet goals. Case managers' responsibility is at a max and we often feel overwhelmed by the workload and expectations of management. Case managers are often responsible for tasks outside of the important things that have an effect of the claim
