Worst employers I have ever experienced! - Sales Associate Guardian Network Solutions Employee Review

First of all they are NOT A EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER! They do not have an elevator in their office or a wheelchair accessible entrance! The new office is a Wherehouse/storage facility. The offices are upstairs and I was forced to work in 30ﾟ freezing weather for multiple hours in the morning for several days. The office is super sketchy. The owner is never around!!! This was a new position for me. All was going well until the owner offered for me to go shoot guns with clients that were coming into town on his property hours away from the office. Guns make me feel extremely uncomfortable and I said I would be there but only if absolutely necessary. The very next day I arrived at work and was told by my manager that it was not a good fit and that I was being let go. It only gets more strange from here! I knew this was a result from me not accepting the invitation to go shooting. My clients were given to a male colleague. It felt like a sexist environment at this point. They fired me but wanted me to stay working for them for another month.... this was an extremely uncomfortable environment at this point and when I voiced this fact I was asked to leave. They completely lied to unemployment telling them I failed training tests and that I was a bad employee. If you work her document EVERYTHING! Worst work experience of my life! They lie and cheat clients out of services that the manufacturers already provide them.
