6yYou are absolutely correct. We have made numerous changes to our compensation plans recently that are all aimed at increasing our employees opportunity to earn additional compensation in our uncapped structure. We do offer full medical, dental, and vision insurance and cover 50% of the employees cost as well as their spouse and children. We feel that this puts us a step above what most other small companies offer their employees. Unfortunately we did have to terminate you in 2016 for leaving the building unlocked as it not only affected us, but left 4 - 5 other business at risk in the complex. You kind of made that decision for us. If you look at the reviews from our recent employees you will see that we have made major strides in the last 3 years since you left. We have a laser focus on establishing the right culture, increasing our employees overall compensation, and helping them to grow in their career with us. Thank you for the feedback, although a little late, as we are always looking to improve!
