Pros

Discount Every other coworker understands your pain

Cons

When I first started I had about 10+ hours a week and as they hired more people it gradually went down, now there's so many people and everyone only gets like 4 hours a week! That's no way enough hours on minimum wage, and for those hours you have to be dressed like you're club ready with smokey eyes and over four layers, although it's florida. Also your pays depends on your interaction with people. If you are not in the top five out of the twenty kids, you get no hours at all! So they put you as cashier and then put you on a meeting about why you didn't sell.. Huh? Also been working there about a year and no one that's been there before has gone anywhere higher. No breaks.

Pros

Great building, professional people, great offices.

Cons

Must be on time; it is very strict. Click girls' high school environment: if you are new, no one cares for you to guide you. They dump their work onto you, and since you are new, there is nothing one can say. Mid-level managers act as if they own the place. If you want to work there, make sure to be prepared to be alone for a long time; no real sense of team, just a worker environment clocking in to get in and out. No real training just swim or drown approach.
