      Pros

      Work tasks are simple, and easy to learn. Work day is usally 8 hours or less. Pay isn't terrible.

      Cons

      If you're scheduled less than 30 hours a week, you can't make livable income. Major disconnect between management and employees.

      Pros

      Incredibly organized training system, even provided us all with CPR certifications and paid us for it. The online scheduling board was super easy to use to request time off, trade shifts, etc.

      Cons

      Sometimes shifts were cancelled due to the weather. Not as many shifts as I was expecting because they over-hired.
