Pros

The place I worked was amazing and had SO much potential. The staff who did care gave 110% they would be willing to step up and fill in bc they cared about their co-workers.

Cons

Don’t know about hospitality business. Unwilling to change. Senior Management oblivious to what is really going on bc they believe anything someone in a mini skirt and high heels tells them. No loyalty to staff. The good employees always quit and find other work even though it would be easy to keep them if they were appreciated more and not expected to cover the work of three people. Upper management has a click of friends who are managers and they are all bad at there job- she openly admired she knows one of them drinks on the job, that one barely comes to work and that the other has been accused of sexual harassment multiple times. But there her friends so they stay.

Pros

Incredibly organized training system, even provided us all with CPR certifications and paid us for it. The online scheduling board was super easy to use to request time off, trade shifts, etc.

Cons

Sometimes shifts were cancelled due to the weather. Not as many shifts as I was expecting because they over-hired.
