Pros

The positions pay okay, and the amount of vacation days was pretty good for starting positions. The amount of benefits have gone down though since the company is struggling due to loose of profits from COVID.

Cons

This company does the absolute minimum to comply with the terms of their contracts with their customers. Everything at work was always broken, and in need of maintenance. They also ran all of their units with the least amount of staff possible - so be ready to work a lot more than you'd expect for the job description. The managers were a toss up between really great and absolutely awful. The corporate office is completely unhelpful when it comes to employee complaints about harassment.

Pros

Incredibly organized training system, even provided us all with CPR certifications and paid us for it. The online scheduling board was super easy to use to request time off, trade shifts, etc.

Cons

Sometimes shifts were cancelled due to the weather. Not as many shifts as I was expecting because they over-hired.
