Pros
Incredibly organized training system, even provided us all with CPR certifications and paid us for it.
The online scheduling board was super easy to use to request time off, trade shifts, etc.
Cons
Sometimes shifts were cancelled due to the weather.
Not as many shifts as I was expecting because they over-hired.
