Pros

*Work with a diverse group of people from many different industries. *Be in the hospitality industry and care for guests.

Cons

*Upper management and HR do not follow employee handbooks or their own policies and state they are open to interpretation and management discretion. *Lack of communication and training. No proper onboarding is performed for any role. *Positions applied for may not be what you are hired for. Company uses generic reqs to hire for many different positions. Position may not be as it seems. *Management does not reward quick and effective work. If you work hard and complete tasks, you will be rewarded with additional tasks and responsibilities.

Pros

Incredibly organized training system, even provided us all with CPR certifications and paid us for it. The online scheduling board was super easy to use to request time off, trade shifts, etc.

Cons

Sometimes shifts were cancelled due to the weather. Not as many shifts as I was expecting because they over-hired.
