      Pros

      Close to the Keys. Lots of wildlife to see Being outdoors for the most part. Long Pine Key campground Manager is the best!

      Cons

      Mosquitoes Upper management never seemed to have any idea about the morale of the staff. Power struggles with managers. Employee turnover like no other business I have worked for.

      Pros

      Incredibly organized training system, even provided us all with CPR certifications and paid us for it. The online scheduling board was super easy to use to request time off, trade shifts, etc.

      Cons

      Sometimes shifts were cancelled due to the weather. Not as many shifts as I was expecting because they over-hired.
