Cons

Everything else. Top mgmt claims they care about their people, but in reality, you're just another number. Hard work is not recognized or rewarded. Did not get the bonus as stated on offer letter, with no explanation as to why or why not when my review was "above satisfactory performance".

Pros

Incredibly organized training system, even provided us all with CPR certifications and paid us for it. The online scheduling board was super easy to use to request time off, trade shifts, etc.

Cons

Sometimes shifts were cancelled due to the weather. Not as many shifts as I was expecting because they over-hired.
