      The views and some of the co workers are nice

      Cons

      No communication with management they will not talk to you about things that you're doing wrong they will just fire you unless you steal then they will keep you on

      Pros

      Incredibly organized training system, even provided us all with CPR certifications and paid us for it. The online scheduling board was super easy to use to request time off, trade shifts, etc.

      Cons

      Sometimes shifts were cancelled due to the weather. Not as many shifts as I was expecting because they over-hired.
